Windows XP - Fade Effect - I can't stand this - anyone else?

I'm the same.It was designed by the devil. For some weird reason we are not allowed to install styleXP at work so yes it gets turned off straight away. |

| I always get stylexp but then it just reverts in 30 days. Im not about to pay money for it so I just dont bother |

| u can get windowblinds for free, as long as u don't mind the splash screen that pops up when u first login. |

| right click desktop > properties > appearance > effects > untick the box ;) |

Dunno what you mean, but I have a WindowsBlinds theme installed so apparently I don't notice it:clown:
You mean the black/white fading when you shutdown/reboot/sleep-modus Windows? |

likewise. I want something that works with the least amount of effort involved, not something that's going to make my eyes burst out in flames just for a cheap look |
