Hey all,
Just wondering where I could go check out the Etymotic product line locally? I have read lots, and they sure look good, but I must hear them before shelling out that kind of money. I am looking for both the earphones and the earplugs.
I have looked on their site, and the dealer section, but the numbers I call are out of service, or nobody returns my messages.
The least of which I am looking for are a pair of ER-20s for LoL. Its gonna be 8hours of pounding music, and I want to make sure my ears are safe.
Thanks for the help |

WOW, this is exactly what I need too. i was hoping to order online and have them in time for LOL, but for some reason, the online order site doesn't work for me.....and with so few business days left, I doubt I'd get them in time....
A local shop would be key!!
:)

| There don't appear to be any local shops that sell their products. I ordered a pair of ER-20's online...I'm hoping they'll arrive before the weekend. |

I ordered over their website a couple weeks ago cause i couldnt find a local distrubutor either. they gave me a call the next day to confirm and they were in my posession in less than a week. Got a chance to test them out last friday @ glaude and they're much better than regular ear plugs. There was some distortion - the highs especially, but the lows were nicely supressed... so it basically sounded like i had the treble up and bass a little lowered on the stereo. Had to pull them out to talk to people though... which some people found kinda funny :conf: actually, i found it kinda funny cause i'd miss half of what they were saying til i pulled them out
so overall, they're good but nothing too special and if you're exposed for a good number of hours it will make a difference, otherwise - meh. thats my review |

| I also have been looking for somewhere in the area that sells ER20s. Guess I'll have to order online. |

if the highs are louder than the bass, i would be happy. I just find most of the times in clubs, the bass is way too loud.
I would have ordered them off their site, but i dont have a credit card! |

| My earplugs just arrived. I'm liking them so far, but the real test will be Sunday night. |
