Excessive happiness

They reckon that everbody loves a person that is excessively happy.
I don't know about you but I actually find those bouncy smily people to be quite annoying. And they are always using words like "fantastic" and "wonderful"
I'm sorry, but i'm just not sure if I want to be one of those people. |

negativity and pain give us indexes to reference. Those happy people tend to get wicked depressed when hits the fan.
Ive known a few and they tend to get hurt deeply by people being inconsiderate. I dunno, they seem to rarely establish the deep bonds of loyalty and faithfulness that Ive noticed a lot of other people to form.
Dont get me wrong, the feelings are present, and Im not implying a lack of them...just that a man pulled from drowning tends to hug a little harder than someone who just received a cookie.
I tend to be a tad judgmental *shock* and Ive noticed the type to lack critical analysis skills. It seems the nicer people are the smarter they think I am because Im hyper critical whereas they just thought it was all "nice" or something equally abstract and useless.
Im tired, that should give enough flame ammo for now :tongue3 |

You're talking to a person who uses a cuss word with every other sentence.
I ain't big on the bouncy smiley ones either, since I generally have a straight up and seriously bad demeanor on the job and don't tolerate bull. I also have absolutely no problem in confronting people head on who are ing up by the numbers.

Whilst not excessivley happy, I am never in a bad/negative mood.
As such, I think I enjoy life that much better than some people :) |

people who are too happy aren't that happy at all. (in my opinion) I see them a simple people who are happy with the quick things that are made by society or who are helped by their parents and stuff. People who are happy with a life as: birth-studying-gf-sex-wife-house-children-less sex-cheating on wife-death. But in the end when they are old and useless, they realise they've had a crappy ass life
so be happy but don't be happy over small little things! |

I like people who give alot. gifts are great.
I also like people who surround themselves with other people. Thoses people are funny. It makes me think of wounded caterpillar with it's guts hanging out & a whole lot of ants are feeding off it. |
