yea so my boss defends this guy who is part of a huge scam in south florida with this ring of s who were selling counterfeit pharmaceuticals to medical facilities...
they were breaking down the dosages and re-labelling them..
basically, cancer patients and aids patients weren't getting the proper dosages.:wtf:
i don't believe our client (i met him a couple times and he just has that "hustler" wheeler/dealer vibe to him). he says he didn't know they were broken down because the guy who sold to him re-labelled them so well...
riiiiiight.
man there are some ty ass people out there... |

I don't see how that would translate into you going to hell.
Regardless of what the guy was or was not doing the way to look at the situation is as one of law. Don't look at it as defending the guilty, look at it as ensuring that the legal process has been properly observed. The role of the defence attorney is to make sure that the prosecution has properly proven their case. If they do that then justice is served, if they cannot prove their case and the alleged slime ball walks then the system is upheld and the next person that is charged unduely can be assured a fair trial. |

But she isn't. I was just giving advice on how to justify it.... this is how defence attorney's think in order to do their job, which is to defend anyone (regardless of guilt). |
