So who's going to see the airshow? I'm pretty excited about this ;) I'm not really sure who will be flying what this year but I'm definitely expecting to see some F15's, F16's and the obvious F18 :) :D:D:D
Hopefully I'll be able to snap some nice shots with my camera :D |

me and all my aerospace buddies will be there for sure, i think we going on sat.
cant wait, the last time i went i saw the P-51 and F-15 flying in formation, i nearly shed a tear at that sight.
hey starsearcher, you seem to have an obvious interest in aerospace, so why didnt you take Aero eng? why business? |

me interested, but not in the military type a/c. |

Honest answer - employment and possibilities in the future. I do like aerospace a lot but I just don't really see myself working in that field...
And I ended up not taking the last math course in OAC that was required for engineering...and at that point I knew I wasn't going into engineering anyway |

Airshow was very good, spent the whole afternoon there
damn i love aviation, its so amazing to see anything fly.
favourite plane of the airshow for me was the bombardier Q400, im a sucker for commercial planes.
F-16 and F-18 are incredible machines to see.
good to finally see the B52 as well :D :toothless :D |

Hamilton use to have a wicked air show which was very similiar to the one at the ex. A few years back, the bastards at city hall decided to restrict the types of planes that could perform, citing that military air craft promotes war. So i guess the air show was cancelled. (im sure there were more reasons such as funding). Its too bad cuz I use to go every year and sit in the corporate tents with free bbq and drinks along the runway.
Every year since then ive tried to make it out to the one in Toronto but unbelievably, nobody else enjoys it enough to make the trip. I guess that day ill be looking up in the sky in hamilton to hopefully catch the deafening thrust of an f16 flying a couple hundred feet over my head.
