even when you fight with them all the time and sometimes wish them to butt out.

moms are good.

even when you want them to no meddle and let you live your life.

moms are good.

because whenever you really need them they are there and they can say the nicest thing in the world without even knowing it.

moms are good.

your mom just told me to either a) drink all the beer, or b) save some for her when she's cooking (as apparently it adds the flavourz)

awesome.

I'm taking both options...

p.s will beer help my hangover right now?

Mothers are top notch. I wouldn't be here without her (in a literal and figurative sense).

^5 to mommies.

Ahhhhhhh I could write like 3 pages on this (not going to, obviously).

All I can say is that me and my mother have our differences, and we have them on almost a daily occurrence. We have both said some pretty hurtful things to one another but as you said, when push comes to shove - at the end of the day - she would be the first person I would call for anything.

I love my mom. :D

that is exactly the same sort of relationship me and my mom have. or we did when i lived with them.

^^^ I think because of that sort of relationship I have come out with much stronger lines of communication with her.

Our calibre of arguing might shock some people but at least I know that we are both never afraid to say EXACTLY what we think about things because of it. My mom hasn't hesitated to let me know her opinion of things, even if it involves some choice phrasing and the same goes for me.

People are always shocked if they witness it..."You guys TALK to each other like THAT?!"

Well yes we do, there is no dancing around issues here. We are both adults and therefore are allowed to say what we want.

last year, when the world seemed ike it was crashing down, and i just wanted to quit school and basically shut down the life as is, my mom un-expectedly called.

Came to my place, went out for dinner, and at the end she gave me a hug, that basically gave me the strength to carry on, it's knowing that somoene un-conditionally loves you, which makes life worth living.

I would give anything to help my mother out.

+ 10 to mothers.

Mom's freaking rock. I don't know how mine does it.

P.S. Drinking a beer will cure a hangover.:p

Moms do rock, when I was younger we use to be at each other's throats constantly and it drove the both of us pretty nuts but also made our relationship that much stronger. I'm not the type to tell my mom 'I love you' but I know she knows it, and when push comes to shove I know she'll back me up 110%.
