Today on NBC's hurricane relief show rapper Kanye West went crazy. Although I do belive in the comments where he said too many guards/army etc are in Iraq and overseas and couldnt help the comments in which he said it where enough to stir up this very un-easy nation even more.

Here's the vid

Good for Kanye. I hate when people think that celebrities shouldn't have opinions.

he might be right, in fact he probably is. kanye aint stupid. but damn, he's really annoying to listen to. when he speaks, where's the flow? he stumbles all the time. now anyone knows that kanye is much more a producer than a rapper, but he should at least be able to speak properly.

He was emotionally heated, and it seemed like he felt he had alot to say before NBC cut him off.

You guys should read some of the threads in the COR about the destruction in New Orleans and it will become very obvious to you that some people have no sympathy because most of those who are stuck in New Orleans and are shown "looting" on TV are black. Kanye is goddamned right that race is a factor.

Please. You're not seriously saying we use a thread in the Chill Out Room of tranceaddict.com as a cross-section of america.

I never said it was a representative sample, I was just using it as an example to show that to some people honestly don't care because the majority of the people they see suffering on TV are black.
