Becuase they don't want the public/authorities to see what is going on in the party (for various reasons). |

I have only partied once in Montreal - but is it that much worse than a place like Guv? It's not like people are taking pictures of that stuff anyway. |

overtly Rampant Drug use, Dance Floor Sexual Activites <== more than overly common @ Larger Circuit Parties
at Prism they didn't event pat ppl down @ the Guv. |

Ya that too. What a dissapointing reason. MTL'ers are much more "open" with the top secret activity than Toronto I find, much more open. |

many other legal reasons are definately a factor... it is much worse than guv. |
