| yeah I heard of him. One of his friends or maybe him himself gave my friend a card that said gabriel batz on it. Dunno why but anyway. I love his mix of the world is mine. One of the best mixes of that song IMO. |

I think by taking the above as constructive criticism rather than mockery, he could learn something in the way he approaches and promotes himself.
I don't see Louis saying "the best funky-house dj in MTl" or preach saying "the best techno dj in montreal" for example. For that matter, I've never heard a DJ say "I am the best DJ of XYZ city, please support me." Best DJ in MTL according to who? Yourself? How do you judge that? (A whole other can of worms, don't get me started)
What do you expect people to say when they've never heard of you: "Oh, ok. Since he says he's the best, it must be true. Praise you best prog DJ of montreal that I've never heard of!"
I think if he laid back a bit on the self-promotion and just let people discover his music in a less confrontational way, it would be much more beneficial to him. People would not be prone to judge so quickly in such an initial, mostly negative way.
