yeah, kind of...and expect some with a top-40-club-mentality too.
*excellent* restaurant with great food, service, design, etc...too bad some of the patrons up top are *complete* s. I don't care who spins up there, I won't ever go back.
I suspect the drinking crowd up there subsidizes the restaurant...unfortunate that there isn't a more uniform feel to what is otherwise a great place. |

| This place seems like a nightmare atmosphere for me... What the is the point in going if you have to dress up and you can't dance because the floor is full of people standing around making small talk while drinking wine that they don't like because it makes them look cultured and there real goal is to be seen by all the other yorkdale shoppers wearing their new cloths and looking like they are living the high life when the truth is this is the closest thing they have to fun in their misrible repressed lives.... trying to impress other people.... YEHAW! Now that's a good night if ever I had one. |

That's a rash and arbitrary conclusion if i've ever heard one.
I'll admit the the stereotype does exist, and might even be prominent in that scene, but not everyone fits into it. |

Hey brotha, if this is the scene that one is into then so be it. All I'm saying is that it isn't my scene. I have better things to do and a different sense of what is fun. If one finds standing in a room full of superficial people looking to impress other superficial people to be fun then who am I to judge?

I am going there with my brother and some friends, but will be there around 10ish. Dinner first, and then DD. |
