Done it a few times.
Once was a big festival, which rocked cos it meant I could go see who I wanted without having to make concessions for other people. Once was clubbing, woulda been a lot better had there been more people in the club, and another time I ended up meeting a whole bunch of TAs anyway.

I've gone to festivals and clubs by myself as none of my friends like EDM and you always end up meeting new people and having a great time.
The one time they went with me we actually left the club early because they hated it, they were driving so... I had no choice. |

| I went to a huge festival (10,000 people) all by myself and I still enjoyed it... if you want to see a DJ (or in my case, lots of DJ's) enough then I don't think there's anything wrong with going by yourself, except for practical reasons like if it's several hour's drive it might get too lonely. |

Nothing wrong with going out alone.
You feel as if you have to be surround by your friends as a means of entertainement?
Just go out alone.
I've travelled plenty for work and clubbing exclusively and when out of town going out alone is usually the only option. Still makes for a great time!
And it's easier to meet new people like that :) |

Have done it myself once. Party in Belgium, where I was living temporarily back then, including Rolando and Luke Slater on the line-up, wouldn't want to have missed out on that.
Ended up being great, meeting new people on the way to there already, let alone at the party itself. Turned out to be a great 'experiment'. |

| saw this loser with a yo yo come to a local night club, not your typical 'raver' night club just blasts some nice house and trance to wee hours in the morning, he was by himself and looked like a fool with his yo yo, but i cant see anythen wrong with going out by ya self, i wouldnt i like to have fun with my friends. |

| ive never really had meny friends and so ive been going to parties by myself alot... i keep telling myself that i know ppl there and so it wont be so bad but it really does bring the mood down if you have no 1 to sit with and just chill with... so i decided that im not gonna be going to parties as much because of that fact... ya if tiesto ever came here (which i highly doubt) id go... but other then something really big im just not gonna bother... |
