The most important thing being that J00f plays banging tracks that noone else plays. He has his own little niche of sound that 90% of people like, but noone really knows exists before hearing his sets. |
hmm not really  |

| I find it funny that people get angry that Tiesto is receiving many votes. Considering that “people here” say Tiesto is a bad DJ, just good at marketing himself. Well I don’t agree with that statement, because(and please all you marketing people back me up on this), you can put as much money into advertising as you like and unless you have a product to live up to some expectations, eventually you will belly up. People are entitled to their opinion, even when “you” don’t agree with it; and the people have spoken. By the way I still think Armin van Buuren has more votes in here. As to the comments about people here(TA) been more intelligent about DJ’s, is not necessarily true or false but people choose whom they like. PEACE!!! |

The list was copied from DJMag, so whoever is not on the DJMag list is not on the TA list. It is not planned to change/update the list atm. |

Can anyone say PUFFY!???!
I am actually a big Tiesto fan, but I think P. diddy or whatever the hell he calls himself nowadays, is a perfect example of genius marketing. I am a hip hop fan as well and he has done so much with so little actual hip hop talent. Great producer, great promoter, but less than average rap talent, yet people bought millions of HIS albums. |

I call bull. The entire art of marketing is selling crappy stuff to people who don't want, need, or appreciate it. The idea is to sell as much of it as possible while people are still brainwashed into thinking that the product doesn't suck. The problem is that people are idiots and will believe anything a marketing team tells them, even if their product is, indeed, . |

Wish I could've voted for this at the end of the year, as I'll have seen a lot more DJs. But, as it stands today:
DJ T
Laurent Garnier
Tom Middleton
Carl Craig
