Scare tactics only work for some people, smokers have the mentality of well im going to die anyway, you have to change that first before anything else. |

Im a non smoker but have tried it once or twice, it never stuck because i physically cant breathe in the smoke without falling onto the ground in a massive coughing fit. Pretty embarrasing really and it makes it tough to get high cos i love weed but hate to smoke... maybe i should learn how to bake instead.
Anyway that book sounds interesting even though i dont smoke, curious as to what it has to say on the matter. |

all the cancer ward will do for most smokers is stress them out more and make them feel the need to smoke.
