Battlestar Galactica

Ok, first and foremost: I *really* dislike every sci-fi show I've ever watched. This includes all the Babylons, Star Treks, Stargates...Star-whatever. I found them all excessively cheesey, forced...andBut Battlestar is different. Everything from the superb writing, to the story, characters, and overall "atmosphere" just blows me away. Not to mention how realistic the show is and thought-provoking the show is. When I say realistic though, I mean in just how the war is depicted.
And I love how the show as a whole, tries to show every person's side of the war, and at the same time brings up all of their personal issues to it all, and interweaves them into the main plot (eg. the "Chief->Boomer->Helo" triangle adds such a depth to all 3 characters, as well as the overall story). Or the Gaius Baltar (sp?) story arc with the blonde Cylon.
I haven't been so into a show since Season 1 of 24, which says a lot...especially for a sci-fi show.
This last episode really blew me away...especially the very, very end :)
Anybody else follow this?? |

| I was really into that show too. But 72 is not on anymore you have to get the box to see that show so I haven't seen the show since ep2 of s2.:( |

| ok i up to date with the new series. As infinity, i am not inti sci-fi series, but this one is Mindblowing. I can't wait till jan 11th for the new episodes :eyes: |
