i went paintballing on sunday for the first time and i thought it was cool as hell... i had bought a couple cheap guns in the past just to shoot squirrels and but never played, so when i finally played on sunday, i was pretty taken back on how cool it was. everybody had cool guns and sick ammo belts, everything hooked up, everybody in camo gear and they are all really good shots, good thing i only got shot 3 times!!:eyes: :eyes:
so now im looking into getting a good gun, barrel system, hopper, goggles, nitrous (or co2).....................
any info, insight, good sites, recommendations...????
i was thinking of getting a Ion Smart Parts but i dunno if there is something better for around that price?
BTW... we should set up a TA Paintballing trip, it is so fun! |

I'd go, but when? I don't think I'll be able to make it until November.
I've done it multiple times in the winter in snow. It's fun. As you're wearing heavy clothes, you can roll/dive around easier. Drawback is that if you're out too long, the balls in the hopper can freeze up, so when you hit people, they don't break (no kill). The frozen balls also hurt more if you're hit somewhere without padding (hands, etc.). |

| I would love to do something like that! I used to paintball with my friends in the woods just about every weekend. I have my own gun and mask but I am sure the gun is outdated. It is a semi-auto but they have autos and stuff now that I am sure everyone has. We went to a course a few times in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania called Skirmish USA http://www.skirmish.com/ But yeah, it is so fun and quite an adrenaline rush! :D |

yeah skirmish is a cool place from what everybody tells me
i went to www.ontargetpaintball.com which is in south jersery ( exit 7 off turnpike S) and it had a bunch of fields, along with speedball which takes like 3 minutes and it is so fast, you really have to be good to win that one! |
