Paradigm's Vault nights have come to a close...

Hey everyone!
I wanted to post this here because I know many have you have come out to support our nights in Waterloo at the Vault. These nights have been filled with a lot a laughter, great fellowship, and LOTS of drinks. It's been the support of all you TAs that have made this night possible. Because of this, you helped to bring us the fortune of many other big opportunities to keep us SO busy!!!
For those of you that were planning on attending last night's event, I appologize that we had to cancel with such short notice, but something came up and we were forced to make a decision about the fate of these nights.
To put it simply, the owner went and set up a special event for yesterday without letting us know until literally hours before we were supposed to play. As frustrating as this might be to Paradigm and the DJs, we had already planned our final event at Vault to be in just a few weeks. This simply made our decision much easier to make about the fate of Vault Thursdays.
Everyone that's been involved with the Vault shouldn't feel bad about this in the least. We started these nights simply to give us a place to chill and play every week and to give us a start as a company. It's served its purpose. Since we began Paradigm, many GREAT things have come for us. We've started weekly events at such clubs as Viva Nightclub (Markham), Purple Room (Waterloo), and Colluseum (London), with more events on the horizon. These clubs are certainly geared more towards our target market so we can focus completely on our goals. This is all very exciting stuff! Not only have we started some fantastic nights in a variety of cities, but we've also formed a roster of some incredible up n coming artists!
Paradigm has a bright future ahead! Considering what we've accomplished within the last year we can feel proud that we've created such an amazing community and business from a place like the Vault. We don't need the stepping stone anymore... we're on to much bigger and better things.
So with that said... Let's give a big shout out to everyone that's been involved in making this happen!!! Thanks to everyone that invested whatever they could to make these nights SOOOO much fun!!! Thanks to all the TAs that came to support these nights to help Paradigm get off the ground! Thanks again to the DJs that invested their time and energy! And big THANKS to the few core members of Paradigm that came out every week, carried our gear to and from, spent hours booking and scheduling DJs, and being there on the good and bad nights from the time the first record was dropped till the last record stopped. EVERYONE... you rock :)
Now... keep your eyes peeled for all the great things we have planned for the next few months to see just how far we've come ;) |

Bah. Because there was no Vault night, I ended up at Wrinkle Ranch (aka Stampede Corral) and I got horribly drunk in hopes of drowning out bad country music! Now I have a horrid hangover damn you! :P :D
All seriously, I personally love seeing how much Paradigm has grown as community and how much fun they engineer everytime they make an event happen. Let the choons reign! :) |

Without a doubt you guys deserve alot of credit for the work you've put in and the strides you've made this last year... the dance scene is a tough market to crack and you guys are doing it very well.
As many fun nights as were had there it was time to say goodbye to the Vault. For those of you that made the treks out there on Thursdays; you still have an option in K-W that's even better... we hope to see your continued support at Paradigm's Purple Room events! |

paradigm @ vault was awesome (especially most extreme elimination...meaning the show and not the night : p ) . no doubt you are moving on to bigger and better things...

Its wicked to see how far Paradigm has come, doing anything from house partys, cottage partys, to club partys. Every event thats been put on, i've had lots of fun with, and getting the word out to people about Paradigm events. We did have alot of fun times at The Vault, lots and lots of drinking and funny things hahaha. Alot of the usual crew has become closer because of it, and new people brought in to be added. The Vault had a good run, and has taken Pardigm to bigger things.
Now we have 2 trance nights a month on Fridays at the Purple room inside Rev, as well as a house night, and techno night. We have Saturday nights at The Colosseum in London, and wicked events and DJs at Viva Nightclub in Markham.
The future is looking bright for Paradigm like Tim said, and i'll do anything I can to help that future become stronger and stronger.

*sniff* Goodbye, Vault. I liked the atmosphere at that place very, very much.
HOWEVER: I'm not so sad now that Paradigm has The Purple Room, which IS GOING TO KICK ING ASS TONIGHT!
