| This is an evacuation of only 2.5 Million people.. have any of you thought of an even bigger evacuation for a real city !?!?!..Imagine the chaos a Chemical weapon would cause.. this type of emergency in a state like NEw York, hell even Miami.. evacuate it all.. just think about it. Cat 2 doesn't mean it's not destructive and dangerous/deadly. Not to mention the outcry and political fallout that would've ensued had officials not given an evacuation order, given what happened with Katrina so recently. It is a lose-lose proposition. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
