I've got class at 9:30, and it's 2:04am right now. I can't sleep. I'd have to be up at 7:30 to get my in gear to be in class on time, and I'd be dead tired.
I don't know what to do but make a pointless thread. |

I'm roughly in the same boat except I haven't even tried to get to sleep yet.
When I'm still up at this hour and know that tomorrow isn't going to be easy in the AM I get to work on all of the extra work I'm going to have for tomorrow. At least that way at the end of the day you're still right where you need to be.
I'm polishing off a few extra chapters tonight and should be in bed within an hour or two. |

I'm torn. I've got 2 classes, 9:30-11 and then 1-2. I wasn't gonna go to the afternoon class anyway since they're doing that is so mindnumbingly simple to me.
I hate going in though and people give me a hard time about missing class. "Hey we were just making bets on whether or not you were gonna show up today." off, gimme a break, I live 45 minutes away, you live 2 minutes away. |

Melatonin dude, pick it up at Shoppers. It's great for trying to get to sleep. It doesn't knock you out like actual sleeping pills will, and they're not THAT potent, you could easily in some circumstances, take them, and still not really 'crash' as you would with sleeping pills. |

| so i just go to toss on the tv to fall asleep too and it appears there is no cable connection. i get this hunch that something is wrong with the connection in the basement so i go the see what's up and i see that the new guy who moved in downstairs has unscrewed my cable connection from the splitter and ran a new line into his room. he straight punked my cable without even asking.....and his shady ass wiring job isn't hiding anything either....its not like he's been stealth about it. he's also screwed the other 3 connections that are possible to run from the splitters so tight on the jack that it's impossible to switch one of them without a wrench (which i don't have). what makes me even more pissed off is this guy hasn't paid for cable yet....we've all had to toss down on the install fee and first months bill....but not this dude. what nerve does he have? now i can't sleep cause i'm rattled.....i need my damn tv to fall asleep.... |

Go downstairs and take his TV until he starts to pay.
