like every other jurisdiction, perhaps by blocking off a lane or two and then switching?
yes i know it takes longer but the road remains open

u are telling me that most years the dvp hasnt been shut down at least half the summer? granted this year was pretty quiet i will admit.
And the last shut down was actually last week.... the gardiner again
