helllllppp!!!! laptop won't start

alright so i guess i accidentally downloaded some malware and now my laptop won't start!!! it just gets to the first screen where i get these options:
1: safe mode
2: safe mode with networking
3: safe mode with command prompt
4: startup normally
and one other option i forget which right now...but no matter what option i choose the laptop immediately shuts down!!! what should i do?? anyone know??? |

If youre really worried about losing data, go buy a USB reader for laptop hard drives. Theyre rather inexpensive. Just plug it into your USB port on your desktop and connect your laptop hard drive. Laptops are generally easy top open up and remove or add pieces.
If you're not worried about data loss, just format or use the laptop's recovery CD. |
