Hi,
New project, new track... It´s been a couple of years since last posting a track here. Meanwhile I´ve been working on different types of music but I´ve been doing also some trance tracks. This will be possibly sent to some labels.
Love in Space - 140 bpm (128 kbps)

This sounds a little like Psy to me ;)
Anyway, commenting as I listen...
0:30 ... the detuned synths are somehow off key with the bass. It sounds somehow strange. Might be intended but I'd adjust the detuning so that it sounds more harmonic.
1:12 ... the lead sounds too harsh in the upper frequencies. And the midrange synth is maybe a little too overwhelming.
2:35 ... nice use of the delay lama. Sounds really great.
3:30 ... the delay lama sounds kinda strange now, I personally dont like it, try to make the vocals more like stuttering (using a gate). Some frequencies of it are a little overwhelming and clipping out the rest of the tune a little.
4:30 ... nice synthwork here.
You should keep an eye on some levels because there is some clipping in the tune. I have to say I liked the synth work and the sounds, which were very tight. And the structure of the track was great, good interchange of various melody themes flowing nicely into each other.

Hey mate,
Very weird experimental track you have here. It is not really progressive I believe ;) Psy would fit better i.m.o.
the track makes me nervous especially when you blend all the various layers together around 3.30 minutes. For some reason they don't seem to match but they do match in a weird way. It does become a bit messy though.
I really like the build up of this track the best. Very energetic and good acid riffs in it.
At the end of the day this is quite an original track with lots of different influences.

Thanks for your comments Nomen Nescio... I appreciate it! When I was doing the track I really thought do the melodies work together but as you said they do match in a weird way. Going to do some modifications later on when I´ll have the time. All comments are really welcome from everyone, thanks in advance!

Bass is quite psychedelic. It sounds like there's a stereo effect, though. Not good if you plan on going to vinyl.
Good vocal gating at 2:35. And it gets better at 2:50
3:15 - 3:30 intonation is weird. Not really bad, but kind of annoying for me.
Good synth work, but some of your layering just seems weird to me.
The layout of the track is excellent. I liked the way the melodies flowed out of and complimented each other. |

wow what a happening track, you got percussion and melodies bouncing all over the place. definately a psi track.
very good melodies the progression and structure of the track is very original.
i can honestly say i havent heard something like this.
good work with this and good luck in the future.

definately a quality psy number in my opinion. nice drum choice thats almost too good for the psy genre. i always think psy productions a lacking in the beat area. this has a nice drive and i love the 70's style guitar!
