Thinking of moving to NYC (pg. 4)

i live in the west loop - about 4 blocks from the sears tower - and absolutely love it!!!
during the week in chicago there is a lot going on, but in the smaller venues (this week steve porter is at smartbar, surgeon is at spybar etc.) and i HATE crobar - it's full of suburbanites who don't know jack about music.
thanks to everyone for their suggestions - i definitely don't want a long commute - longest commute would be 30 minutes by train - i hate wasting time on the train etc. so i'll probably live in manhattan if i move. |

werd i could use a tour guide or something. last time i went to chitown my freakin cab driver was pumping tiesto, some turkish dude lols it was funny cuz i was on business in my suite and we started talking about music cuz i heard it was kinda low, and i asked him to put it up and walla, a sub in the trunk of the cab. it was great!
then he went on about how much he sniffed thats when i decided ok, just get me to my hotel please.
i know where the sears tower is, my company is in prudential plaza by the AON building. in relative to the "west loop" i have no freakin clue where that is hahaha, all i know is millenium park is where they should hold ultra main stage at and fill that whole lot with people while sasha rips the decks.
also im kinda saddened by the navy pier. that space is so nice but its filled with old people. they need to get some young beer drinking kids out there and make it a scene. maybe the jazz attracts the older crowd, not saying jazz is bad as i've enjoyed a few afternoons at the beer garden just that at night, out over the pier, it'd be sweet to have an ibitha-type of cafe mambo session out there. maybe it's too clean of a city to have an outdoor edm festival cuz we all know how dirty us party goers are....waterbottles anyone.
all in all great city, don't think I could live there though....that is unless there is good snowboarding out there cuz i know you all get some good snow. |

As a guy that finds Asian women attractive, I think Lucy Liu is way overrated. I saw you in person, you have nothing to be ashamed of but I don't think you need my reassurance on that, you're a confident girl. |

Actually, I couldn't tell who was in your avatar now, but i remembered that you had her up a few weeks ago. I was trying to include some sarcasm, too, and didn't really think that you looked like her. My avatar looks just like me.:toothless |
