Are you sure you want to argue contracts with me? You don't even know what boilerplate is.

Here's another breakdown from that post.

-I know very well that my provider checks the traffic ( something I'll admitt i didn't know right of the bat but I do know )
-A tune and movie i downloaded and then liked ( in that order ) I will go buy or see

I stopped reading here. Firstly, because you've completely missed the point with that last line, and secondly you're boring. I can't believe I am going to have to re-itterate my point again, but what I am saying is that it doesn't matter whether you think the law is right or wrong; that's a completely different matter. Whether you intended to go buy it afterwards or not is beside the point, what you actually did was illegal. You know it. I know it. Yet you fanny about moaning like my grandad. If you feel the need to reply to this, there is really no need, as I won't be clicking on it again. Anymore stupidity packed into a thread will be contagious amongst the rest of us surely?

Yeah I'm boring thats why you replied and missed the point of the post. Don't be clicking or reading you'll be doing us all a favour. Because I was, also, clearly bitching and moaning and cursing the damn MPAA to hell

re-itterate is also one word and only on T. Remmember correct spelling next time.

Oh and are you sure it's illegal to download something, not share it, then go buy it/watch it?

The more and more they keep trying to fight it, The more people will pirate, It's there way of striking back at the system, I saw an article posted online a few weeks back about Steve Jobs saying that the Record Companies were greedy cause they want to wanted the Itunes Music Store to charge 1.99 per song instead of the .99 per song.

i read that also...that was a few months ago, I think. Apple has really been pushing their own movies they're building a solid multimedia empire with the whole ITunes thing. Theyve been partners for several months with cingular and our surely using the increasingly portable media market to catapult themselves back into the public market.

The basic fact is that record labels are used to a huge profit margin from sales, which they use to pay their ever-increasing staff as well as sign new talent. Now that a "hard copy" of music is no longer in demand, they're trying to get into the digital market, but some find themselves behind. It will be interesting to see how the move to digital music changes the art world as a whole.

Yeah, But then you also have to deal with another problem, And this gets to a lot of people, DRM, If you purchase music thru Itunes, You cant burn the music on a CD nor play it on anything other then an IPod, Which is why someone wrote a program that cracks it's DRM, To allow users to do whatever they want with the music they buy.

from this thread alone, I've come to the conclusion that you're probably the dumbest person I've ever encountered online. I'm seriously blown away by how stupid some of the things that you say are.
