estella clean your box...i want in it
Estella
I was given a cookbook for Christmas from an ex. hahaa I think that was a hint. It is "Thai. The Essence of Asian cooking." by Judy Bastyra with recipes by Becky Johnson. Thai has to be my favorite, hands down. It's huge and has all these georgous colors and pictures. I feel that's it more of a photography book than anything else. But that was the downfall, because all I did and still do is look at the beautiful pictures. :stongue:

Whenever I do finally dwelve up the motivation, my first dish shall be coconut curry with calamari!

Actally, my mom made something a couple days ago. She just went to the store and bought a full squash. She then cut it in half, scooped out the inside and filled it with honey, butter and brown sugar and then placed it in the oven for hours. OMGGJA;LDFKJA;LDFKJ;LAJFDA. It was better than pumpkin pie or dessert. And the presentation because of the star shaped sqash with cinnamon sprinkled everywhere. Its things such as these that will make me never leave home haha

BEST POUND CAKE EVER

1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 1/2 cups sifted cake flour

I'm glad Martha is sprung out. It doesn't make sense with her incarcerated. What gives; OJ walked, as did Kobe and Michael Jackson, bin laden is still at large, but we throw in jail the only woman in america willing to cook and clean. Lunacy.
