hahaha... Spiced chocolate sauce? I think it's actually chile cooked and grounded (liquified) with some other spices and then they add some chocolate (Mexican kind) but there are different types of MOLEs. ;) |

For lunch part 1:
11:15 AM
Two Poached eggs and tomatoes on top of two slices of sourdough toast with ketchup on top. Water.
Part 2: 1:20 PM
Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich on whole wheat. Glass of vanilla soy milk. |

I made spaghetti with meat sauce - home made, not the can kind! Then when I got to work, there was Cuban food & cake all over the place. I had some of that too. Yummy! Cuban food brings back WMC Memories...
