Today's lunch was 2 carne asada burritos with King Taco green sauce!! We'll see how well those burritos settle later tonight at Spundae/Avalon. :tongue2 |

| My co-worker grew up in Hawaii, so today he actually brought in some Hawaiian dish. And I am sure you can guess what that consisted of??? Yep, Spam. He mixed up some spam, eggs and rice with a sweet soy sauce drizzled on top. One look at that, and I was like, ummmm I don’t think so. Then I finally gave in and took a bite. Huh, it wasn’t too bad actually. Or maybe it was because I was starving, but I actually cleaned my plate. :toothless |

| Had a killer combo sandwich - BBQ beef, cole slaw, and hot links all in a toasty roll - yum! Side of red beans & rice and peach cobbler afterward.... ahhhh I think my stomach's gonna pop |
