Logic pro mostly but i like to make some fx here and there or just use a specific plugin from somewhere else (specially very old ones) and then come back to Logic.

Acid 5.0, Reason and a e load of VSTi.

Nightshift
I use FL Studio 5, WavesLab, and a load of VSTi's
But I say it doesnt matter really what you use, as long as you're experienced in that specific program enough to get a good sounding track to come from it.
Some think that getting the most in-depth or most "professional" program will make them automatically good. There are no shortcuts in the music profession (cuz i used to think there were), the more u experience and practice, the more you learn.
Some things that are very helpful are reading and practicing, while getting feedback by as many people as possible about ur tracks.
Good Luck.

Cubase sx 2.0 ; Reason 3.3 ; Absynth 2.0 ; and only 3 VSTs for the most that be V-Station ; FM7 ; Reacktor 5 and Kontact using home grown samples.
Thats it for me.

I'm actually considering moving over all my work to ableton live 5 since they have some pretty nice soundcard + live bundles that would fit my laptop pretty well :D

I think Reason is probably the most beginner-friendly, but it doesn't support VSTs
