i had pics, but since it was extremely dark, i had to slow down the shutter. my hands were too jittery and the pics came out too blurry. sorry, im kicking myself in the ass for this too. |

| Lucky me .. I had the privilege of visiting both Circus and Avalon last night :crazy: .. Didn't get to Avalon until 4:30am and caught the last hour or so of Sean .. the place looked amazingly dirty and so was the music! Can't believe it was still so full at that hour of the night :disbelief .. too bad Lawler was done so early, totally missed it :( |

i know! i thought he was gonna go till 5 at least, kinda bummed. but it was still cool. that was a pretty good recap of his Lights Out: Miami this year at the conference. all dark and scary looking, but there was no air conditioning in miami so it was like being in an oven. a hot, dark, sexy oven with badass music. |

Yeah...Sean tore it down though, I was like (bas quote coming up) "Who is this guy? Seriously?!"
Both of them were nuts...Sean isnt as good an opener he needs to be able to play harder :p :D

Kevin, we should catch Holden on the 22nd. Haven't seen you in a while, and Holden would be the ideal DJ for the both of us to reminisce on old times, hehe. Equally dark and progressive as Lawler. I've been waiting to see Holden for quite some time now, and after some stories I was told by Tigran, well, let's say he's made me want to go even more ;) It's nice to hear Lawler properly did his job and laid down the law :D! I will purchase 'Lights Out 3' eventually, but I'm going to do it the old-fashioned way :p And Clov, what happened to Sasha being #1 :mad:? Sell out!
P.S. Purchased Dave Seaman's Therapy Sessions Volume II earlier in the week, and Luke Chable's mix is absolutely gorgeous. It's a mind-bend, turn-your-brain-inside-out and throw-it-in-an-oven mix-compilation with sadistic beats, crazy tweaks of the effects and EQ, samplers, EFX unit, and more! Same quality level and style as Zabs if not even better. Someone's gotta bring Chable down to L.A. Monday Social maybe? Man is a living God / legend in the making.

Holden is dark & progressive, but his style has alot of melodic and trance elements to it. i can't wait! 12 days left!! :D |
