Even if you can call use of force to detain justified, it is almost certain that assaulting the producer and camera man was not. |

If a cop ever punches me in the face like that... he'd better have my hands cuffed behind my back when he does it. Otherwise, I'm kicking the ing out of him. I don't care what the repercussions are.
And props to that old man for continuing to fight even when it was obvious that he was going to get pummeled. |

You'd get your assed kicked probably. Just sayin'. Plus there are always some serious consequences to attacking a police officer.

omfg.. wtf..
that old man didn't even look like he was provoking the cops in the slightest..i didn't have sound on tho, so i dunno if anything was being said.. regardless.. even if the old dude was calling the cops Nazis or some , that's still not even close to enough justification to beat the ing crap out of him like they did..
this vid made me angry and sad. i really wanna know the whole story. not ing cool at all goddamnit, |
