I woke up with the radio on listening to andy savage in the morning... i guess that tells where i live irl... lol

anyways they were like "oh some plane crashed into the wtc" so i was a little groggy and thought "ahh some idiot probably got lost in the clouds and crashed his cessna or something into the towers" and the they were like "it looked like a big plane" and i was like "hrmmm"

So I go downstairs and turn on CNN and at that moment live the 2nd plane crashed and i was like (insert keanou reeves in bill and teds excellent adventure voice) "woa".

Yea, so I was in my boxers watching it on TV. Watched it on tv in a few classes at school that day too (btw this was 10th grade).

My friend who is afraid of flying sorta woke up and turned on her tv and the first thing that came on was the footage from below the towers of the second plane going in... haha she thought it was a movie... :p

Ok back to rehab.

Wow...watching that video.

Watching that 2nd plane go into the building when they show the camera with the guy sitting down...it just looks...fake. I mean, I know it's real...but watching that just makes you think it was fake...

That video is so sad :(

They took all the sad parts and put them in this

"They heard stuff hitting the ground" "We thought it was debris...but it was really people....people so desprate that they wanted to die that way"

Sad....

And it's horrible how the government still keeps the secrets from us.
Hulk Hogan
"Oh wow, planes have crashed the Twin Towers".

WE WILL NEVER FORGET and all that stuff.

It's amazing how accurate we remember this stuff. The only other thing I can remember so vividly is the london underground bombings. Also when I learned that Paris 2012 is no more :p

This will be a defining moment in our generations' lives. There was Kennedy's assasination, man's first step on the moon and the Challenger space shuttle disaster (although I vaguely remember that, but seeing as how most of you were pretty young when 9.11 occured, i;m including the Challenger incident).

This will be one of those things that will forever be etched in our minds because we lived through it and saw firthand the accounts and repurcussions of 9/11. our kids will ask us where we were and what we were doing.

I remember vividly & exactly about that day. Everything, i even remember the sky outside being a bright azure blue, not a cloud in the sky, i remember the smell and what i was wearing that day and who i talked to and everyone on my freshman dorm hall glued to the TV all day and listening to the accounts. I saw the 2nd plane hit the tower and thinkng " this is a hollywood movie" woke my roommate up and we watched the 2nd plane hit. I remember frantic phonecalls from people on campus to parents back home. I remember my teacher canceling class and breaking down crying because she knew someone who worked in the 2nd tower. I remember just being very shocked and numb all day.

It's something that I will never forget as long as I live

thanks for the video link DA

I liked the quote by Guiliani when he says

" if you censor it too much, if you try to find too many euphemisms for what happened, then I think you rob people of the ability to relive it and motivate them to prevent it from happening again"

Well I was listening to KROQ's Kevin & Bean Show on my way to school. After arriving I watched for about half an hour the news while drinking hot chocolate.

I just watched the video and cried my eyes out.

I hope that 9/11 was the worst event that I will ever live through, and I truly hope that people will stop hating each other, and there can be peace.
