So aside from the normal fees I need to fork out an exta $6-$7 so they can keep their own stuff up to date? Shouldn't that be included in the regular fee? Why even make it a different fee? I guess it sounds better on ads .. I bet someone at marketting got a promotion after _that_ idea. It's as if I went to the restaurant and on top of the regular bill, they charged me an extra $5 to help cover the cost of maintaining their pots and pans as well as covering part of the cost required to upgrade the restaurant with a brand new aquarium. And, just because they all charge the thing, it makes it ok? blah!

Unless of course you're referring to the $6.95 system access fee for wireless service. That's a whole other matter. |

Many restaurants charge $5 for "bread," which is really just a service charge.
