| The US goverment is ed up, that guy served US armed forces and the least the government can do is let him grow his own pot -> for medical use or not. He put his life on the line for this country, Is he putting anyonelse's life indanger by growing & smoking marijauana? I mean if he were selling it , I can see why they would arrest him. But he was just using it for medical use ! Instead they'd rather pump him with heroin (morphine), that has deadly withdrawl symptoms. Now they are pumping every other child who cant pay attention with Amphetamines (Aderall) which is a less potent version of meth. But one cannot sit down , and enjoy a spliff without being called a criminal. Whats up with this , don't people have the power in this system ? I guess not. |

don't you see!?? this is good news! all the terrorists, murderers, rapists and child traffickers have been arrested or killed! the wars are all over and our troops are coming home! new orleans has been rebuilt (and it's bulletproof!) and the earthquake victims in islamabad all have new homes!
must be if our federal officials have time to coordinate international cooperation for the extradition of a "criminal" like this. it warms my heart to know what a good job they are doing!
or to out it another way... that's some of the gayest i have ever heard!

god damn it that's retarded
it's good to know that in these times of crisis and massive government deficit, we still find a way to waste money on complete bull. |

I see your point dude, but if the law is there, it is the law. I don't believe in making exceptions for anyone, army veteran or not. The Supreme Court decision that federal law towers over state law on marijuana was one that really undermines decentralized government and state rule... I don't agree with that decision at all. But unfortunately, unfair as it is, it's the law and the government can go after whoever it wants in the name of the law.
But I agree the law itself is stupid and the treatment of the guy when he had no treatment for days was inhumane and unnecessary. And the gov't certainly should have better things to focus on than this. |

I thought that most drugs (especially pot) should be legalized until I went to Jamaica for spring break once. Then I saw what happens when you have a counrty where 80% of the population smokes pot all day. There economy is non-existent and its standard of living is much lower then the rest of countries in that region. And no one cares because they are unmotivated and high all day.
So while we can all sit around and theorize how ty it is that our drug laws are so strict, the truth is that its good for the counrty. |

nchs09. I am not Sigmund Freud here, and I don't pretend to be. However, I think that your strange fascination with insulting me has some deeper meaning. The 80% figure is a rough estimate. And yes, if a large % of a certain population are potheads, it will lead to a bad economy. Its not rocket science. |

Yet by the idiocy of your answers.. it seems to me that u think it is.. and just come up with the most retarded answer your brain makes up.
you are basing you "facts" on a misconception about jamaicans. that is like me saying all black poeple like watermelon or all imigrants are lazy
why not look @ the facts? poverty is the leading casue for the continious crumpling economy. this is because most of the poeple offering jobs are from hongkong and the united states. and pay wages.. which lead to even more poverty, drop outs in school to support familys leads to even more poverty which is tied back to wages.
what about the tax cuts given besides the fact that the country is in alot of debt? im sure that has something to do with the economy going to dont you?
what about investments that crumpled down and lead to nothing by the goverment?
and lets not forget how much tourism has gone down after 2001...
but ya forget all of that. stupid potheads are ing tards and they are ruining their lives by themselves.
get a clue gimp |
