i have taken several road trips .. the longest road trip i have gone is from louisiana to arizona, and back .. nice .. but texas is a VERY long drive .. i didn't notice it until i started driving into eternity in texas .. |

the two friends i'm going with are going on the whole round trip, but i don't think i'ma have the cash etc

Driving I-90 I assume?
Lots of stuff to see, Montana is beautiful, just don't talk to anyone there, as they are idiots (*points at citric, wherever she may be*)
Ummm Idaho sucks, skip it if all possible (like hire a blimp to ferry you across, even though it literally takes less than an hour to drive across it on I-90) unless you drive through the nice parts, but thats out of your way most likely...
Oh skip Eastern Washington, a lot of that sucks too. |

Chris, did you finish school already or are you taking a semester off? I thought you were the same year as Whiskers and I?
A group of us traveled across country before I started school, here. But we planned the trip for months and actually traveled for over 10 weeks to see everything we wanted to see. We didn't just drive straight across.
Utah (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, etc), South Dakota (Black Hills, Badlands), Oregon (coast and Crater Lake), Colorado, California (Sierras, Redwoods, Lassan Volcanic Natl Park), Arizona (Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff), Wyoming (Yellowstone)...there's so much to see. I recommend seeing all of it especially cuz you're really into photography.
