| Easy with the updates people. Unless you've changed your hair style or look significantly (ie. people may not be able to recognize you now), you shouldn't be updating your picture just because you got bored of the one you posted a week ago. I'm sure Laura doesn't like changing your pictures on that kind of a regular basis. |

for real, just change the picture, use the same file name, so it gets changed to the new pic, and no one has to actually change the link. |

While I agree with Graham that this thread turned from a "hey this is me" to some popularity contest, not everyone has their own webserver so this is not possible for many people. |

traditionally people would put a pic up on their yahoo webspace, rename the jpg/gif part to txt or anythign random and then post. so links in such a situation could stay the same...
just with the coming of services like imageshack and so on, theres no need of all that |
