Saw it tonight and as far as game-gone-movie (GGM), it was a lot better than I was expecting.
Happily (for the most part) it doesn't die a shriveling, shreeking death like most GGMs imps...
The plot has a lot of storyline to pull from, with years of gaming graphics and little nuances included; for instance, all weapons were present, including the BFG...
MMMMMmmmmm.....BFG.....
We all know; Sorry, "We" being the FPS mouse-twitch society; the plot, and it stays true to that.
I'm not going to say any more other than, it's not a block-buster, but it was enjoyable... :disbelief |

I used to play DOOM nearly start to finish with the shotgun... yes... I was a video game nerd. Don't get me started on Quake!!! I'll still take any challengers 1-on-1 on DM6!!!! hehehe
