This product is what police forces are going to use to include drug screening at RIDE checkpoints, traffic stops, street patrols, etc.

The DrugWipe®5 opens up a Pandora’s box of law enforcement. Consider:
An officer can suspect intoxication (which is illegal in public) demand a DrugWipe®5 test on the spot (since tools now exist to verify intoxication), upon which a positive test result could result in prosecution for possession of a controlled substance. Case law already exists for where people have been convicted of “possession of a controlled substance” via having the substance in their blood at measurable amounts.
Lets hope that the lawmakers are prudent in what is considered to be legitimate application, use and evidence admissibility relating to the DrugWipe®5. |

| This can't be a good thing. THere are too many discrepancies with this, and I'm sure it will lead to a lot of stupidity. |

| I'm sure they will have a set amount it must detect to indicate that you are intoxicated at that time. None the less if you drive really ed you should be prosecuted. If you don't... then you have nothing to worry about.:) |

DUI - Driving under the influence - a person can be charged with this without any apparent intoxication. |
