'Armin van Buuren' VS. 'A State Of Trance'

Crazy Title of this post you may think. And why this poll as Armin is 'Mister ASOT' as we all know. Nevertheless, think about that, this poll is somewhat *poisoned* as the result will show you where the popularity of Armin comes from. Just think about that.
Armin became the #1 DJ of TranceAddict 2005. Why? Is it mainly because you like his radio show 'A State of Trance' with lots of fresh tunes each week or because you like his skills as a DJ and producer *apart* from the ASOT shows, for example his live-events or artist albums?
Again, think about that, then vote. |

| Well the top 100 poll should have been based soley off of his and everyone elses djing skills. Not the fact that he runs a successful radio show or produces good music. And that is honestly how I voted. Why do I like Armin overall though? Yeah his radio show has an influence on that. But your poll really can't be voted upon because no one should have voted for him for any other reason BUT his success as a live DJ. |

I've heard alot of sets during the years from Armin van Buuren, The best one in my oppinion is the one together with Ferry Corsten in Dublin on Godskitchen. The 7 hour set from Club Eau was also a very good set, For sure.
But he plays mostly new tunes in ASOT, So I'll have to give ASOT the vote. |

Voted Armin the DJ.
Have seen him several times and he does not disappoint.
ASoT is a treat as Armin presents the newest tunes and many remixes.
I am amazed that he manages create a 1 hour or 2 hour set of new material with great mixing each week. |

| I started to like him way before I even heard of ASOT. Infact, I've only ever listened to 2 ASOT sets. |
