If that is a serious comment then you are not ready to quit.

Quitting anything is about making a decision.

Making lasting decisions is about realizing that when a decision is made - all other options are no longer available/possible (i.e. if you a make a decision to turn left, and follow through, the option to turn right no longer exists).

I'll make it easy for you: There is no "trying" to quit - you either smoke or you don't.

Use tools to help reduce the withdrawl (cravings).

smoking is funny to me.

i have never been addicted and i can't see how a person can become addicted to such a disgusting thing.

i also can't see how a person can get addicted to anything. i guess i don't have the mental capacity to wrap my brain around it. if you don't want to do something, then don't do it. it's quite simple.

I'm a hyper guy. When I smoke it calms me down as smoking is a downer. it actrually makes me tired and helps me sleep. and well im addicted to it so without the smokes i get hyper as hell...lol but ill have to quit sometime.

Yea, but a chemical addiction is not so much a mental way of thinking, it a dependency you body develops and simply really wants satisfied.

Ppl that have addictive personalities and get addicted to non-chemically addictive substances baffle me. It's an even scarier reflection on the person, since it more an implication of weak will-power, I think, since that you cant even help yourself over a substance that isn't even chemically addictive.

^As RJ said, Quit now and dont hold onto what you have left. Throw them out and start NOW, cause if you just "wait" the last ones will be tough and youll REALLY never get anywhere with it
