got my power back around 1pm today
luckily i havnt had to go to work, cause getting gas would be a bitch. |

miami beach here... my house is okay, nothing happened at all, but some of the condos on the south side of the building got ED! i guess the winds were coming from the south when the storm hit miami beach and it took some pieces of other buildings roofs and smashed tons of windows on the south side of the building. just got power back last night. enjoying it now. :D wilma sucked but we've been dealing pretty well. had a grill, a generator and plenty of ice at karens. so we've been good. been playing lots of cards, monopoly, and UNO! :p
hopefully we get power back at her house soon!
so koky, how about that house party now? ;)
edit: i think we've spent well over $100 on board games in the past couple of days. lol. anyone wanna join us? |

Brooo Aspen looks like a wreck, I haven't seen not one other development with as much damage. Almost everyone's fences are gone. In the morning after the storm passed I went outside & it looked like a om wet off.
My car got scratched pretty bad from flying debris. :whip: That is the worst part.
Some people's roofs are so messed up they had to put covers because they were leaking. |
