yeah i know... sucks... nothing seems to be going right with TIC USA... with the exception of the one in Cali, the one in DC was postponed, the one in Miami is postponed, the one in New Orleans, havent heard nething of it, so idk.... but yea... hes number 2, and deserves number 9 |

The problem isn't with people picking their own favorite DJs, because that's completely subjective. One thing this list does is show industry people, who have less concern for their personal music preferences than their profit line, know what DJs people want to see. Also, it might open a DJs eye to greater profit by touring more often. In the end, a more popular DJ has benefits for us, as well as drawbacks. The benefits are greater exposure, as a higher ranked DJ will remain in the spotlight with expectations, yielding more club dates, radio shows, greater pressure to create albums, easier traded sets, etc. The drawbacks are crowded clubs, exobitant cover charges and egos the size of Tiesto's.
Let's just hope this doesn't go to Paul's head too much. |

i think you are the only one who feels that way man, tiest0r needs a reality check and we all know it, and he hasn't done anything huge this year IMO, his livesets are garbage to me, but let's not get into the usual tiesto argument... |

Marco V was 16th, which is pretty damn high, IMO. That tops a bunch of others that I enjoy more. I agree, though, J00F at 72 is a bit disappointing. |
