Another fine advancement in your producing evolution, a great jump. Bumpy bass line, with a great melody equals quality atmosphere. What ever his name is, is right, its hard to believe you created this track on Reason. Easy to mix into and out of. I wonder if people know that another track of yours was played on Marcus Schutlz' show a few months ago, this ones even better. Can't wait to hear what you come up with using more proffesional software like Logic

Hi Trevor;
I`m new around here and this is the first tune of yours that I listen to. I really like the un-busy structure and general feel of the Track. Some very nice sounds used thrughout the whole spectrum and most important of all. They balance each other ready well.
Listening to tunes like this in this board kindda makes me ashamed to try and show mine as there is so much talent to be compared by /to :tongue2
Anyway. This board is easyli becoming a truly fountainhead of excelent tunes for my Independent artist folder in my HDD.
Keep making such great tunes.

Mate this is really nice sounding stuff.. all the sounds sit well. Love the bassline, so deep and mysterious. Nothing to complain about at all really on this tune, probably one of the better productions i've heard on the boards in a very long time.
Great job! |

Yo trev,
Funky bassline and great proggy synth sounds. Liking that sound at 2:11 and 2:28. That sound always gets me. I like the 1/16 bassline as well, gives great drive. High bell like thing fits really well too.
The percs and hats are cool too but they just sound really raw. A tad reverb and more stereo and some modulation to it would do a great job. Around 5:00 the control is lost it seems, that part can be skipped imo. After that it continues with the good stuff. Synths are compared to the bass a tad loud, I'd put them to the background a bit more and add some panning to them, i think it could give the whole track a more underground feel.
Mint prog track for sure. |

Nice intro so far, sounds like some easy listening.
I quite like the melodies.
Not much else to comment about the track really, easy listening, not very uplifting in my opinion though. |

hey mate
very nice production quality. i like the overall feel, choice of bass is nice,..pads are good too :)
i'd leave out all hihats on 5:05 - 5:20 though and just let the kick run till the 2nd break at the end of that line :)
(just a very minimal suggestion from me hehe)
else, i'd like a 320kbps version :) |

Hi Jay - I appreciate you taking the time to put down some suggestions in your review; that's valuable stuff right there :) I'll take a close listen to the percs and see if I can refine the sounds a little bit, and the synths as well. Thanks man!

Hey Mark - thanks for the feedback! I wasn't really going for the uplifting feeling with this one - I wanted to try go for minimally melodic. I appreciate you taking the time to listen!

| Hey man, really liking this tune! Good to see another Reason user too. ;) Production is top notch- drums and bass are chunky, with some great sounds floating nicely on top of them. Good stuff, keep up the good work, looking forward to your next tune. :) |

Hey fellow Reason user!! Thanks for the kind review, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Seeing that you described my drum/bass as chunky made my very happy! Thanks again,

Hey TrevorKay,
Thanks for giving me the heads up on this one. I guess its not trance so its hard to get what you need in terms of feedback on Tranceaddict but i will say this much. I like it, in fact i love it. It is full of spacial sounds that allow you to move your mind a little to the left or right of what seems like the same sounds other people keep using. The funky bass and drums add the groove element and so all in all it makes me trip balls and want to dance (with my eyes closed, unless there is a big titty girl in front of me) at the same time.
Fine work.
