They do make more there yes.. but they also get taxed to hell in the Netherlands as well.. :(
And yes the cost of living is more there and they think their ticket prices are outrageous too (especially for students there)... kind of like I do here for events like Celebration and for what.. Oakenfold and Lawler
All I was simply saying was that I would never pay $125 CDN to see all of 5 dj's after paying $150 (which I thought was a great deal) to see a lot more than that for 2 days.. I personally just couldn't justify that now.. but that is just my opinion! |

| i guess we shouldnt be suprised with the prices this year with stupid paul oakenfold who probaly costs more then all of last years lineup put together on new years eve and with donald k donald involved it only made the price for the tickets for higher |

Dan and Sander together are the same price than Paul. |

I bet if you were at another venue before and coming to see Howells close out Aria you would have a different perspective on Howells. Deep Dish, yeah I will agree.. I didn't like them NYE 2003.. I didn't like them at Guv.. won't like them again I am sure.. Just not a fan so if I am in Mtl for NYE, I will be going somewhere else before Howells or else getting extremely drunk before having to see DD...lol :) |
