Tunes. Big thanks to Dennis for laying down Dogzilla - Without You.
In addition to this, I was quite liquored up. Good to see Marina (Luxotika) out, and uhhh oh god I don't remember who the hell else was there from TA really, if anyone. The place was pretty damn packed though.
Gotta lay off the rye. Bad influences though.

Too hammered to remember enough to give a full review.. but at least we know he remembered that he heard Dogzilla :toothless

| Packed? Were we in the same room? :D There were more people taking a piss in the washroom then there were in the 'trance' room. I was pretty damn disappointed by the fact the room is so small but what made it even worse is that they placed it right by the WASHROOM! That was bigtime disrespect. Overall the music was good, missed most of Dennnis' set, but Stilez killed it! |

1. I originally gave Robbie the peaktime slot when the room WAS packed but he couldn't make it unfortunately so you guys didnt see it when it was busy.
2. The room is so small because it's K-W, not Toronto dude... lower your standards.
3. They placed it beside the bathrooms 10 years ago when they created the club. I for one and glad they did because we get alot of spillover traffic from curious Top 40ers so it's actually a good thing.
As for last night, obviously not too may TA's there due to the Paradigm night at Viva but yet many strangers came out of the woodwork to fill the place nicely. Crowd thinned out at the normal time but if was hopping during peak; it was a great night there considering what I expected!
Thanks to Cale for coming out and reprazenting; drunk as per usual I love it. Excellent sets by my guest djs; Aaron you opened the place up proper and Robbie, from what I heard you kept it going nicely buddy... thanks for making the drive down to play!
See you on the 18th for an all night back to back with Tygon! |

Although it wasn't rammed.. it was still fairly busy.. about 70% throughout the night, but the best part was that even though the rest of the club had already closed... there were still quite a few people left in the room at 2:30am... and we were still rockin. Also was wikkid to have some familiar faces.. TA's in the place.(Eso & crew), Vertigo.. Although I do enjoy playing to people who I don't know and expose myself to a new crowd. It's always fun. Aside from all the requests for the usual commercial tracks... Tiesto, AvB, A&B.. that they hear on z103... the people there were extremely open/receptive to the sounds/traxx that I was dropping.
Great night..overall! :D
p.s. I would've liked to check out VIVA afterwards..but since i wasn't driving... and we were all tired... we just came home. Glad to hear it was a success. Way to go guys. ;)
p.s.s THE HOEDOWN... and Charlie Brown was in effect... lol.. fukin awesome!! |

I definitely was impressed with the night at the Purple Room.
It was my first time there and I didn't expect it to be what it was.
Pleasantly surprised and very much impressed with the performance by Aaron and Dennis. Good job boys.
But wait....no thanks for Chi? He gets my thumbs up too!
I'll be spinning a house set there in December 6 or was it the 9, I get them mixed up all the time. kidding. Anyways, I hope too see a supporting ta crowd!
