I'm actually worried about Oakenfold. Anyone else notice that its not even a dj set (although after last years ultra...i'm not going to even stop by to see it if it WAS a DJ set), but rather a LIVE set? with an Orchestra? what the hell? He hasn't even put out an album in how many years? This gets a "nay" in my book.
By the way...a little birdy told me that Angello & Ingrosso (plus Axwell perhaps but that wasn't discussed) will be there. ;) A semi-reliable birdy at that.
And hell...Sander K is confirmed too...so uh...needless to say I already got my ticket.
PVD will be on the site soon im sure as its been confirmed on other sites in press releases.

Underworld (but thats ALWAYS been a rumor every year...and i doubt it...)
Ferry Corsten (Doesn't supprise me at all...since he will be in Miami a week before for Global Gathering)
AVB (Same explination as above)
Then again...hell....Ultra usually books all the big hitters...so why not at on Tiesto, Sasha,Digweed, Pendulum, etc... |

i'm also worried. Worried that he'll get boo'd off the stage. I love Oakey, saw him a couple of times live, but he's trailed off year after year. What the hell is this orchestra thing about? Well, I'll atleast stay and check it out when the time comes........we'll see. |

oh u know that armin, ferry and the regulars will be there. UNLESS GG pulls them to play there, cuz they do that every year in London. But its different days so Im sure they can play both events :D

Wait...I went last year and wasn't ultra on a combined plot of land that took up Bayfront Park AND Bicentenial? I'll miss the amputheatre :(
And yeah...anyone that went to Bang! Music Festival, and went to the 3 hour set by Axwell, Angello and Ingrosso...know that these guys seriously blow the roof off the place. Probably the 2nd best set ive ever seen live...maybe the first.
Also...I'd reeeally like to see Pendulum come back this year but have a decent sized time slot...
aaaand my final wish would be Ferry Corsten at a NIGHT timeslot...not like last year when he played at 4 or 5...and to top it off a VS set with AVB and Ferr ;)
But something I can only dream of would be a Gouryella tag team of tiesto and ferry. THAT would be interesting.
PS: PVD confirmed. I saw it on the site earler today..in huge letters next to oakies name (on the right side of the page)...but as of now its gone...but whatev...PVD CONFIRMED! ROCK ON! |
