Yeah thats pretty ed up.

I myself when i get outta the corps am thinking about being a cop. I would never do something like that. I would be the sweet cop that lets you go with a warning and not bust peoples balls for stupid .

That would require me to argue which i hate doing so i keep things short and sweet.

You know you were doing 66 in a 25 zone?
WTF officer i was only going 29 i think your radars jacked get off my nuts.
OK imma let you go with a warning just keep it under 60 kthnxbye.

say he offered to reduce the charges if you gave him favours
kid nyce
take it up in court D, you have a solid position and evidence to prove so...

fyi, ages ago when i was in college i got arrested for possession and intent to sell (did 5months upstate ny) anyways, point being the ny state trooper pulled me over for suspected DUI, found all my when they searched my car (2lbs of cheeba) then took me in to the barricks to DUI Test me, I BAL (blood alcohol level) was non-existent, i had not been drinking nor smoking anything, completely sober. the false DUI pull over warranted an illegal search of my car. however i was in possession and the people in my car made statements against me saying i was delivering (intent to sell) the product. The possession and intent to distribute was 2-4yrs but the false DUI which warranted the search came up false, they gave me a class A Felony for only 5months. I did 3months and they let me free...

just an example how you can use your position verses their position or misleading example to prove otherwise. you'll get out of these tickets, i'm sure of that...and im not trying to bash you, but jersey cops naturally suck...i've had too many run-ins driving to PA for snowboarding so i know lols

the 2 slots next to it are for the handicapped, and it's the first slot across from the store. there's also blue markings all around. kinda obvious if you ask me.

There is obviously a faded handicap sign painted on the spot, and the lines around it are blue. Common ing sense.. quit trying to get away with .

Edit: I just read your little letter. He was being an ass, but he was acting within the law and probably could have found a bunch of other reasons to give you tickets. Sorry you found him on a bad day, he probably isn't normally like that otherwise he would have complaints like that stacked pretty high.

I'd suggest trying to find what his record is through your lawyer, and if the complaints are there then you may be able to get him reprimanded, though the tickets are valid and still yours.

^ i'm not making excuses, i was being 100% honest about everything i said-- obviously looking back, it was a handicapped space and u can SEE it. not tryin to deny that . but you have to imagine the circumstance bc it's all relative- ie someone on the job, running around in their car, thinking about what they have to do for their boss, not worrying about getting into a bad parking space. also, i was looking for the SIGN first (as most people would). furthermore, people look directly in front of them when they're driving- and when i parked, i couldn't see the paint on the ground bc my car was covering 90% of it and i didn't exit the car from my trunk lol. and moreover, if i took the same pic from inside my car, the results would be very different and even more oblivious than just standing there and taking the pic of the empty spot....i got out on the left side (obviously) and there's only a curb on that side.

The law does not excuse a persons ignorance.

So you're saying if I didn't know there was someone on the other end of the field, because I didn't see them, I could fire my rifle and if I hit them and killed them I shouldn't be prosecuted.

Maybe a person was "super busy" and didn't see a crosswalk sign and looked down for a second and hit a pedestrian killing or severely injuring them.

Or maybe a person was distracted by friends on a roadside and waved at them for a split second and crashed in to an oncoming van full of kids killing 4 of them.

Why did I use those examples? Because I have two friends still sitting in prison for negligent vehicular manslaughter. While the other has to put a felony on all of his applications from now on.

Its a big step, but the same rules apply.

You ed up, accept it, get your tickets and admit you're ing wrong. The cop was an ass, make a complaint if you want, but that doesn't excuse your lazyness.

Quit trying to appeal to peoples dislike for cops, or make it seem as though you were any more rushed or busy than anyone else in the world. It doesn't change the facts, up, buck up.
