Anybody know of similar chill mixes to Danny Howells first disc (day), of his 24:7 compilation. If you haven't heard it, I highly recommend it.

Yeah, Global Communications is some left-field stuff, looking for something a bit more grounded, but good compilation nonetheless.

What I like about Danny Howells 24:7 is how laid back it is, sometimes he just drops the beat all together and you just have guitar. I just skipped through Electric calm and although it sounds good, its more similar to Global Underground: Afterhours than Howell's 24:7. As for Burridge's 24:7, Im reading that it just chilled house, and thats definently not what Im looking for, however if this is wrong let me know.

Nick Warren's GU Reykjavik Disc 1 is quite good.

Cafe Del mar Chillhouse Mix Volume 2(I think?!?!) Kind of reminds me of Danny's 1st CD from this GU. Might be a little more housey but still some cool chill stuff that goes really well with a nice chill sunny day at the beach or something like that...ANother album that is awesome that is chilled as well but more to the progressive side is Hernan cattaneo's Perfecto South America CD2(If u havent heard this i def recommend picking it up as well) which for me is one of the smoothest and most perfectly mixed cd's I own, its one of those that i could listen to over and over again. I also hava another mix that reminds me of the Howells GU CD, its a liveset though...That would be Vertigo Deluxe's dj set they did for global DJ broadcast a few years ago def some really cool chill house along the same lines.
Hope i helped a bit ;)
