Our passion for the music and for TA has brought all of us together. Some of us may act like a fatherly figure, while others may act like the spoiled kids, but inside we all into for two things - the music and most importantly, the friendship. We eat, sleep, and dance music.
While many of us originally started as TRANCE ADDICTS, many of us have migrated to other styles. But yet, we keep coming back to our TA family. THANK YOU ALL!!!! You guys have no idea how much I value each and every one of you.
I know I forgot some names, but I'm not done yet. I will add the rest later. Now, get some popcorn, site back and enjoy the reading.

 MISS JULIA... Thanks for being one of my closest friends these past few years and always being there for me with my drama. If it wasn't for Mauro Picotto, and ahem... JUDGE JULES :haha:, we would've never met! I still remember that first time we met at The Palace. At the time, I didn't know anyone in this scene and out of nowhere I meet you. You were and still are the first person in this scene that I ever met and got to know on a personal level. It's been quite a few years now. and for your friendship, I THANK YOU. When you moved, I thought I had lost you. But I was wrong, even though you were many thousands of miles apart we still kept in contact. Thanks for always looking after me.
SWEETCANDY GIRL... I don't think there's another person that knows me as well as you do. I think that's what makes us as close as we are. You know my likings, my tastes, how I feel about certain things, and I like how you pay attention to me. Even though sometimes you make it seem like you're not paying attention, when you least expected you bring it up. I’m surprised you remember the first words we ever spoke. And that first time we saw Tiesto together, I'll never forget. I have many first memories with you, and I wouldn't change them for anything in this world. Even though we had our moments, our ups and downs, our arguments, our cheers, our joys, I think that's what has brought us so close. I value your friendship more than... anything else. THANK YOU!
TATGIRL... You are the person responsible for introducing me to TA!!! THANK YOU! People, if it weren’t for this awesome, down to earth TA, I would've never met several of you. I believe she's retired now, but she's still a TA at heart! Another Mauro victim! Hehehehehe THANK YOU
DESIREE-LYN... Yes, she is a TA!!! Look her up. ;) She mostly lurks the board, but she's well known in the TA community. A very close friend of mine whom I share many interests and ambitions with. Des, I like your determination to reach your goals. I think that makes you a strong woman. You've been work really hard at it, and it's paying off. You are one of the hottest TA's around, but you have never let that get to your mind. Inside, you are one sweet caring and warm TA. Thanks for all the support you have showed me. We're the perfect team. You are one of the most positve friends I have. THANK YOU!
RACHAEL STARR... Yeap, another little known TA, yet very well known in the TA circle. Rachael, Thank you for playing at my parties. I love talking to you about industry and music. You really know your stuff, keep it up! Don't forget about us little people when you become bigger. You already are a success; don't let it become a one hit wonder. Your potential is enormous, and I want to see you rise like a true STARR. Who knows, maybe one day we can share the same bill, you and me and the Chemical Brothers. One day! RAVIN CHUN LI... What's up my love! Hehehehe Karen, you've always been there for me. Another close friend who is yet to let me down. San Francisco was fun, and it would've not been the same without you. Sometimes you can get a little bit on the wild side, but that's ok. We all do that once in a while. I got to admit, hanging out with you guys was weird at first cuz I was the only Mexican, but after a while I learned to fit in. Guess what.. this is the perfect day to bump this thread.
This day in history.. I met some of the best friends and party mates right here on this very forum.
My musical tastes have grown, my weekend nights and early mornings have undoubtly changed forever.
When this thread had started I barely knew anybody but I think things are so much better in my life now.
So thanks to everybody in the scene I have known for this short time.
I have met some real friends and real people I can share interests with for the rest of my life I hope.
for this day in history is my TA birthday. :)

My TA birthday was...sometime after Sensation White with Armin...lol I guess that musta been 2005 then. My very first post was about Sensation White after seeing this:

Nice to meet some great friends here in this amazing space, and sorry to anyone if I come across somewhat shy at first, it's because I am. But once I really get to know a person, then they usually can't shut me up so be forewarned! ;) |
