I'm not good with the whole I LOVE YOU MAN! or THANKS! , but I will say....
Reality Check.
The SF TA family is like non-existent. There are quite a few in our area, but so few actually hang together at events. Rich (lex400sc) is basically the only person. Seeing a bit of Diskodave around lately, though. It just really depends. There are some that I see here and there and say hi to, but hanging out is another thing. And man, if you expcet me to be the one who says HEY LETS PARTY TOGHETHER, then you are looking at the wrong man. I'm a shy mo-fo until you get to know me. I don't talk. Just force yourself to alk to me and I'll talk back and in time....I won't be able to stop talking!!! Hah.
Anyhow, it kinda sucks because I remember back in the old Ten15 board days and the HUGE family-like group we had there. I mean, we'd have our own parties at Ten15 and fill up the blue room (now the VIP area above the main room) with just our peeps and immediate friends. In the main room, we'd dominate a chunk of it with just our group week end and week out. But after a lot of peeps starting giving Ten15's practices constructive criticism (myself included :p) that board was shut down, and everyone has largely on their seperate ways (musical tastes included). I have always been hardest on Ten15 since it was (and, in my heart, still is) my second home, so when some major issues started to show I was one of those who spoke out about it. Anyhow, the family we had from that board was awesome. And the LA TAs here are like that...all completely supportive of each other. Well, sort of. There's more that I can say about things, but this is a positive thread and I don't want to start trouble! :disbelief :disbelief

Dave Toole is the greatest!
Ironically, I have known DaveT the longest of any TA'er. I haven't seen him in ages, but he kicks ass. I see his name all over...especially when I watch GameSpot shows on Gameplay HD :) |

Agreed. I really have enjoyed looking at all the pictures over the last months. You really have talent at capturing the moment. Good job!

Mr. Rukes is the best EDM photographer I have ever seen.
Lomeli plays some awesome mind minimal and knows how to roll a blunt better than those bitches in Havanna.
Bas is my idol because he does things that other men only dream of.
Julia is always dancing with a smile and ready to support the locals. She always says hello and brings a warmth into any room.
I haven't met Naeblis but my sister jacked his/her sig a while ago for an idea on doing a model's make up LOL. |

Bas is cool cuz he knows how to pick up the 6'9" chicks with adams apples at the Mezzanine.
oh and he always answers my incessant questions about mixing. so overall, he's a good guy ;p |
