View this Thread in Original format
The Master
I don't know what you think, but mine is:

Who need guitars anyway? - Alice Deejay

What's yours?
KristineClub
DJ Tiesto - Magik 6

or

Paul Oakenfold - Another World cd2
Mysteric
I still love: DJ Stein H -Connected vol.1
but Marco V live @ Innercity 2000 is the best!!
Gekhous
WTF does alice deejay have to do with trance?!?!!?!?
Right on Gekhous! I mean if you think Alice DJ is good... Somebody is going to have to show you REAL trance
I just read what I wrote. It was supposed to be me agreeing with Gekhous to show that The Master doesn't understand Alice DJ isn't real trance... There we go, I think I got my point across.
djfred
i still love Generation Trance 2000 Ep. 1... what a kick ass cd...

Man that Alice dj thing was a joke right ... right ???
I think my favourite trance album at the moment would have to be Paul Oakenfold - travelling , or possibly Sasha and Digweed - Communicate.

Peace

I hate oakie but Tranceport is Classic! 10 outta 11 are EPIC tracks. Mixed very well too. Magik 6 is solid gold.

Oakie latest 2 albums Travelling & Another World SOUND THE SAME! TOo mellow. Oakenjoke is background muzik. He's good for beginners gettin into trance. He's like pot a gateway to other genres/DJs. 50% of the tracks he plays perfecto produced. He's stale still spinnin records from 97! He's a money hungry sell out. Overated & Over priced. He charges 23 G's for a 2 hour set at $ 45 a ticket!

i was going to post the exact thing Gekhous was going to post about Alice Deejay..and she aint all that either..i prefer the remixes of alice deejay than the original ones..

Basic Instinct rox...sure is one of the all time best.I cant remember the number of times I heard CD 2...the first song (Yahel - Sugar 1) has the best buildup I have ever heard.

Magik 6 is a classic too. In search of Sunrise is too soft....has some real good songs though.

I also think Superstrings and Unpaved Roads 5 (Mixed by Johan Gielen) are good.

Thats how much I can recall.

And hey...I think Alice Deejay and other commercial Europop stuff dont deserve any mention here ! :)
