really i know for a fact you can ;) and lemme guess you can't buy an apt in brooklyn or queens either right? forest hills has no apt's for 300+, nor does kingshighway/bedford area of brooklyn.

yes queens is ty...bayside queens is dirty poor, as is woodside and forest hills. brooklyn is the same way, Gov. Pataki doesn't have a town house in Park Slope. Mill Basin is for people on welfare. It's only for poor people...no one but lower class people live there. Oceana Condos on brighton beach don't go over a million dollars each.
So much for you knowning your little internet facts about real estate eh ;)? |

excuse me, what fact did i proffer that was inaccurate, i know more than u about the city i'm sure, i don't venture into queens (thankfully) and brooklyn on occasion, especially since i had a gf there, and then theres always peter lugers.
I'm happy you know your sections of queens and brooklyn, yaay ur smarter than me...
i'm still waiting for where you can buy an apt. in the city for 350k, please enlighten me oh sage |

Good, at least you admit that you know nothing about what it is you're talking about. I'm at work right now and I just pulled up about 100 files with apartments in Soho, NoHo, Chelsea areas in NYC where apartments go for 350,000.
Only millionares livei n the city right? ;) |
